Georgia's PhD project is exploring sustainable solutions to improve public health through food security in fruits and vegetables, with primary supervision by Professor Matt Lobley from the Centre for Rural Policy Research. Prior to starting her PhD, Georgia worked as a Research Assistant in Nutritional Sciences at King's College London, conducting mixed methods research in sustainability, public health and culinary nutrition. She holds an MSc in Nutrition from King's College London and an MSc in Chemistry from University of Oxford.
